This website is an attempt to restore and recollect the best content from the original ENF-CMNF blog, which mysteriously went down after 15 years of operation. When it went down, it took down a treasure trove of content, together with a bustling community, along with it.
Faster video loading speeds
The old site had a few inefficiencies in the way it was set up, especially in the way that it served videos. Because there wasn’t a separate content delivery mechanism set up for the site, watching videos on it could sometimes be cumbersome, as it took some time to load.
This new site is rebuilt with the optimisation of video playback speed in mind. Our video content is offloaded to a server specifically designed to serve video content, and the video files are served in a way that is more stream friendly, allowing the files to not only load faster, but seek faster as well. This allows you to get to the content you want to watch faster, so you can bust your nut quicker and get on to more important things.
