Hi, I feel like it would be great to add a private messaging or private chat feature on this website. Is it on purpose that there isn’t any ? Sometimes interesting exchanges could happen but flooding one topic isn’t ideal and publicly giving out phone number or usernames for other social medias might not be the best either for privacy. There are folks on here that I would love to be able to chat with 🙁

I would agree that private messaging was a valuable part of the old system, and would be great to have here.
Could I also suggest members could choose a male or female avatar, as alternatives to the generic members avatar?
Will look into this when I have the time.
