It seems that even if I disable ad block (using uBlock Origin on Firefox) for this site, I cannot watch a video completely. I still get the "No ads, no boobs for you..." error half way through the video or when I try to watch the video in fullscreen. I am also seeing the "UPDATE: You get 2 free videos with ad blockers" note at the top as well.

Do you see any ads above the "you get 2 free videos" announcement? If the ad isn't around when you play the video, you will trigger the ad blocker note.
I found the culprit, it is the "private browsing mode" in Firefox web browser that is still blocking ads even when an ad blocker like uBlock Origin is set to off for this website. I tried Firefox in normal mode (not private browsing mode) and everything is working. I think the reason for this is because when you use "private browsing mode" in Firefox, "Enhanced Tracking Protection" is set to be more aggressive and it starts blocking third-party trackers and ads in this mode.
This also means that anyone using a more privacy or secure fork of Firefox like Librewolf or Waterfox will probably not be able to play any of the videos correctly because they come with stricter "Enhanced Tracking Protection" enabled out of the box, which will cause those ad blocker messages to come up even when their preinstalled ad blockers like uBlock Origin are set to off.
Because I was curious, I also tested the website in Google Chrome as it has "Incognito mode" which is similar to the "private browsing mode" on Firefox, but the website works correctly in "Incognito mode". I guess "Incognito mode" does not block third-party trackers and ads by default.
