I'm told the guy responsible for the new site posted this at Discord:

"I have received a DMCA takedown notice and a few other legal threats regarding some media on the current blog.

The reportee also informed me that they had an ongoing legal battle with the previous admin. Since I dont know what else was illegally hosted by him, I've decided to shut down the entire blog for the time being.

Thanks for your understanding."

So the DuckDNS guy set up the new site and got sued by the previous admin? Goodness. I don't want to go through all the trouble of setting up this site and end up having to take the whole site down in the end as well.
It was a lot of work to set up this new site.
  

No, the DUCKDNS guy set up a similar site but it kept crashing due to site visitation issues, and then got a DCMA takedown himself. 

Basically they threatened to sue him because he didn't have what this forum has which is takedown request section. (The old Admin disappeared and was never seen or heard from again) 

Ironically that guy (the DUCKDNS guy) is now the Admin of the Discord channel that is linked to this new enf.cc forum. 

So it all came around full circle.
