Could you please change the forum layout so that instead of the current 20 posts per page, only 5 posts are used?
Background: With 20 posts per page and assumed 200 MB per video, loading the page alone uses 4 GB of data.
Because I'm not a web programmer, I can't assess why this is happening. Accessing enf-cmnf.cc via mobile internet so significantly impacts data usage.

yanyunPlease only post MP4 videos with H.264 encoding.
H.265 or other less common encodings cause problems in some browsers.

Great suggestion. This has been implemented.
The videos shouldn't load until you click on them, so it should take up that much data, but I did notice that some of the forum pages are taking really long to load up.

No, the Videos are loading with the page loads.
The problem is that: preload="auto" (see your page-code).
Definition and Usage
The preload attribute specifies if and how the author thinks that the video should be loaded when the page loads.
The preload attribute allows the author to provide a hint to the browser about what he/she thinks will lead to the best user experience. This attribute may be ignored in some instances.
I think the best way will be: preload="metadata"
