Kate Braithwaite in David and Olivia? (2018) hiding naked in a random guy’s car after needing to shed her clothes to escape someone pursuing her. In the show, they go on a road trip together, with Kate (i.e. Olivia) staying naked most of the time.
Unfortunately, the show uses creative camera angles to hide her nice bits, so all we get is implied nudity.
