@tommy12. What I do is a three stage process

I have a subscription to openart.ai which I use to create the initial image, the model I used for this one was gpt2 which has the most realistic images I have seen so far.

openart is censored so I usually in my prompt have the female wearing a bikini or swimsuit.The second stage is I export the image and use a free program dessi.co which has an undress option which I use to remove whatever outfit is on my initial image. 

to make the video I export the image from dessi and use my account at seaart.ai which has a model sea art sono light which makes a 10 second video with speech that is typed into the prompt enclosed in quotes, I usually type woman speaks, “input dialogue”, man replies, “input dialogue” etc. the lip syncing is a bit hit or miss when there are multiple characters but it is still the best video generator I have found so far

open art is around $50 per month for 24,000 credits which normally equates to around 1,000 images , sea art is approx $60 for a year which gives 700 daily credits which is enough for two videos 

the process is convoluted but I think the results are good.

All I do with sea art is use an existing image which already has the nudity in it and, so far, I haven’t had any issues with creating videos. Images on the other hand are always the two stage process I outlined in my earlier post. I’ll have a look at zine and give it a try as openart isn’t exactly cheap either.i have found most of the tools out there tend to have some form of censorship built into them which is frustrating but there are ways around it. Dessi is really good at rendering nudes from the images I create in openart and it being free is a bonus.
