A bunch of naked female models (and a brown male model) are made to walk the fashion runway, bare for all to see, to showcase some bags made by some unaffordable designer brand. Everyone in the fashion show pretends it is necessary for the models to be naked to showcase the bags, while the models look like they are dissociated from the event completely. Perhaps it is their way of dealing with the embarrassment.
This is proof that the fashion industry are completely not perverts and weirdos!

Agreed that you can be naked and dignified. But the way the models are presented here really dehumanises them. They are basically presented as mannequins (i.e. objects) here, and never get a chance to speak or even emote. If even one of them had been asked a question or 2 by the interviews, it would’ve made them appear more human and dignified. But I think this presentation is entirely by design, if recent disclosures about the political elite (with whom the fashion industry are closely tied to) are anything to go by.
Conversely, in a lot of the other videos featuring CMNF here, the models get to express themselves to some degree. Design: Our handbags look shit! They’ll laugh us off the stage if we try to model these!
Marketing: Make the models go naked, baring everything, no one will even notice the handbags and they’ll applaud our artistry.

I agree that nudity is always political. You have to be a “beautiful soul”-type entitled, hippie-hearted ignoramus to pretend otherwise. But given my preferences and political views, I wish this was one-sided female nudity. Nothing against the male body, this is just about power play. And I wish the women were wearing shoes.
The ladies look gorgeous, nudity should not be shameful. We were born naked and the nude body is beautiful

Needs to be the new standard in the fashion industry models should be presented fully nude when promoting products.
