Your video is in MPEG-TS format, not MPEG-4. The link delivers the correct format. So why MPEG-TS?
Please only post MP4 videos with H.264 encoding.
H.265 or other less common encodings cause problems in some browsers.

I had problems downloading from that site, so maybe I accidentally got the wrong format by trying a workaround. Would be nice if anyone could fix it.
