It’s a Colombian girl with a “Paisan” accent, they usually speak pretty quickly. The video was actually recorded pretty near the town I live at and she was getting paid to walk around naked by an unknown person while the girl recording talks to a friend they have in common on the phone. I’ve pointed out who’s talking inside parenthesis, but feel free to remove them for the subtitles.

No, the original was the same length without subtitles. I’ve simply edited the video so it crops out the black parts.
Maybe there were two videos of this on the original site, because the one I have is over 12 minutes long, starts with her still wearing pants, and ends down by the road with cars driving past.
