At that time, Matthias at NIP-Activity would have a calendar on the website giving dates and locations of shoots. You could then e-mail him and say you wanted to attend. When I was in Berlin, he gave me a location in Alexanderplatz to meet up. A very enjoyable day, if rather hot. I well remember walking between shoots with Dolly Dyson in front of me. She was wearing a t-shirt that didn't cover her bum, and no knickers. Passers-by either didn't notice or pretended not to notice.
Matthias seems to have stopped announcing shoots in advance.
