Hi,
a video tutorial I made for the previous forum. It explains how to blur a part of a video with free tools.
It uses "kdenlive", an opensource software available at least on linux and windows.
Please note that the position of tools and actions may depend on the version you use, but the overall stuff is consistent.
It may helps people like me that wants to share videos but wants to preserve their anonymity.

Thank you. I have been having a hard time with Premiere Pro. I will use this one because the interface seems simple enough.
