yeah
i would also like to create longer videos, but it just takes too long...
and the issue is, two separate models are required,
one specializes in taking low res to a decent level and then the 2nd one requires a relatively decent res to make more crisp... both models take long....
but they still have flaws, but as time goes on, things get better incrementally... 
  

If you dont mind to share, i just got topaz and 100s of hours of footage i would love to upscale, when you mention 2 models, which one do you use first?, rhea? iris? promhedus? and for the 2nd model? , also what kind of Gpu do you use? and do you enhacement the videos 2x 3x or just keep it a the same resolution, i have a decent gpu, but i am about to get the RTX 5070 ti 16gb, i just want to help
  

for the very low res vids, (mostly the older nude-in-public vids) 
i use starlight mini first
then starlight precise as a second passthrough 
the problem that i see though (precise 2.5) is that if the model isnt close enough to the camera and the video quality is extremely poor, then the model changes her face too much. there are many videos that i wanted to upload but the faces were changed far too much so then i abandoned it. 
both models take very long (mini takes a bit longer than precise - around 20% longer), but i find that starlight mini is great at bringing a very poor quality vid up to a decent level, but is very soft, but then i use precise which is much better at sharpening the video, if the original vid has a decent res already, then i just stick to precise, (also saves a lot of processing time)
what i also do to speed up the processing time is to reduce the videos fps to 24
because some are 30 or even 60 fps, before using starlight mini or precise)
i do have a decent gpu (RTX 4090) but it still takes long..
i have tried rhea XL after using the starlight models to increase the res, to varying degrees of success, and they dont take much time compared to the starlight models...
your 5070Ti should be fine because the VRAM usage with these models seems to be all over the place, it mostly hovers around 14GB, but then spikes to 17GB occasionally but also goes the other way down to 5GB...but what is constant is, the gpu is at 100% usage the whole way through.
