I posted a video today in [Permission to view this media is denied]
. However, I've noticed very high download traffic every time I revisit the folder. It seems the entire file is being downloaded in the background each time. This must be the case, because no traffic is generated when the video is playing. Please investigate, thank you.
Please only post MP4 videos with H.264 encoding.
H.265 or other less common encodings cause problems in some browsers.

Yeah, your video's a big file and the server doesn't optimise video loading at the moment. That's going to be a separate project altogether that will take another few weeks, to optimise the loading speed and all that.
I'm gonna get very busy very soon so the optimisation will likely happen over the next few months (instead of few weeks).

Your video's working fine. Just taking really long to load.
The other videos don't seem to have that problem. Let me look into it.

File uploads are not working consistently for me, on Android Firefox. I see the attachments button below, and in this forum (or maybe replying to a post) it does give me a "select files" prompt, but when I go to create a new topic in the videos forum, this prompt never appears. I only see the upload constraints list.
