That's odd. No, refreshing the page doesn't help. I also tried chrome on the same phone, but got the same issue there. My browser extensions are all disabled. I even tried creating another account, but that didn't work either. Setting the browser to desktop mode shows a file constraints list when I click the attachments button, but nothing else.
I'd be happy to do some more tests, but you'll have to tell me exactly what you want me to do.

The next thing I need is the console log from your phone while the page is loading.
Since mobile browsers don’t show the console directly, here’s exactly what to do:
- Connect your phone to a computer with a USB cable
- On the phone, enable Developer options and USB debugging: ** you do not have permission to see this link **
- On the computer, open Chrome and go to
chrome://inspect - Open the page on your phone
- In
chrome://inspect, click Inspect for that page - Reload the page on your phone
- Click on the Attachments button, then screenshot the Console tab, especially any red errors or warnings, and upload it onto ** you do not have permission to see this link **, then post it here.

and the max resolution 640x360 ?
also, no .jpg (as a screenshot) allowed ?

While trying to set up the mobile console, I found out that I'm getting the same issue on my PC. So here is the console log from Firefox on PC, it covers refreshing the page, clicking on new topic, and clicking on attachments. The last error shown in the log is the result of clicking the attachments button, so presumably the main issue. There were some dropdowns for it which I expanded and then also pasted into the file. Unfortunately I've never really worked with JavaScript, so I have no idea what any of it means.
Edit: uploading a .txt is also not working, apparently, so here's a link: [Permission to view this media is denied]

Please only post MP4 videos with H.264 encoding.
H.265 or other less common encodings cause problems in some browsers.
